Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Samovar Club membership at any time from your account page (Account, then Samovar Club) or by emailing info@blackgoldpersiantea.com.

Prepaid deliveries: If you paid for 3 deliveries up front, you will receive all 3 deliveries even if you cancel. Prepaid deliveries are not refunded, because they are sent to you as scheduled.

Timing: To stop your next charge, please cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations made after that will take effect from the following cycle.

Pre-orders: Your first Samovar Club delivery ships from December 12, 2026. If it does not ship by that date, you may request a full refund.
